The HOUSING SUPPORT PROGRAM provides transitional housing for eligible families in an agency-operated apartment complex. The HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (HEAP) provides financial assistance and payment plans to help families pay their utility bill.
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT offers Job Training, Referrals and Job Placement Services.
The EX-OFFENDER FRESH START program provides employment services to people with a criminal record.
CINCINNATI MANUFACTURING CERTIFICATES provides production technician training and national certification.
GED, adult literacy and computer training classes are also available.
The GREATER CINCINNATI MICROENTERPRISE INITIATIVE (GCMI) helps aspiring entrepreneurs develop a business plan and explore opportunities for small business loans.
